The anarcho-insurrectionist community of [[Cap-Levis]] has formed with the aim of resisting [[Capital]] (and thus protecting neighboring communities) and taking direct action against the city-state. The inhabitants who did not want to expose themselves directly to risks settled in [[La Vallée]] or [[Cap-Rouge]]. It is not the first time that the police of Capital or some of its bribed inhabitants try to infiltrate Cap-Lévis, which led its occupants to first demand a sabotage action against Capital before admitting a new member.
