<h2>Context</h2>
Despite their rhetoric on the matter, the [[Red Panthers]] arrived in [[Estrie]] well before the [[Brotherhoood]], which explains their fairly advantageous facilities. A handful of residents already lived in [[Estrie]] before they came, and do not see the presence of either of these two groups favorably. This quest is designed to engage the player in the political life of this contested space.
