At The Valley, Ecotopie asks the player to deliver Shevèque's two severed fingers to her friend Guélionne at Rouge. This quest reads:

Deliver Shevèque's fingers to Rouge
Give the fingers to Guélionne

Context

The self-amputation of two fingers is considered the highest ritual act of Sumism, and the giving of fingers so severed an act of great symbolic importance.

Inspiration

The logo of The Sum (English version of the game) and the game in general reuse the usual visual elements of Sumism.
