You are going to create a new article

Choose a title
Prepare the sources

Follow the advice below to create this article in the best possible way.

Choose a title

To choose the title of your new article, the basic principle is simple: just choose the most used title describing precisely the subject of your article. If you are hesitating between several titles, it may be better to choose the shorter title. The page titled title conventions lists the various recommendations to be followed in this area in order to ensure a certain structural consistency throughout the encyclopedia (for example: “Leonardo da Vinci” is an accepted title, unlike “Leonardo da Vinci, Italian painter and inventor”). It is therefore necessary to take these conventions into account.

You may have noticed that an article on a different topic has the same name. If the article already exists but relates to another subject, you must "qualify" the name, that is, add a theme that defines the scope of the article and allows it to be recognized by its disambiguation. Example: Mouse (computer), Mouse (horse), Mouse (color) ...

Enter the title of the new article in the field below
