In Terrace, Mèche asks the player to investigate the vicinity of Albany to discover the origin of Capital's new robots, and if possible dismantle its operations. This quest reads:
Context
Albany is home to an elderly couple of ex-golden archers who know the location of Golden Arches, a space dedicated to protecting Capital's robot factory. The golden archers are crossbowmen who worship capitalism as a promise of a return to the golden era of the old world and its abundance, but also the McDonald's Predation fast food company. The latter acts as a symbol or image of this vanished world. Their faith lies in the golden arches announcing wealth, the Ronald McDonald clown costumes announcing forever-play and forever-fun, and finally in the figure of the angel cupid distributing appetite, contentment and desire.
