Armes à feu[edit | edit source]

Many inhabitants of the wasteland developped, over time, a quasi-religious relation to Predation guns of all kinds, repairing them endlessly.

  • They sometimes found especially challenging (to impossible) to reproduce or even understand some of them.
  • Some guns here are of a recent construction, though they are heavily inspired by ruined scavenged guns.
  • Although most gun nicknames were passed from one person to another (sometimes deformed a bit), a lot of informations on them are just lost to common people, including their original maker's ex-country.
  • To channel the magical powers of Predation weapons, many fake weapons, sometimes hightly extravaguant, were built (a form of cargo cult). They could also have have served as educational toys or tools of deception.
  • Due to the high resemblance to Predation electrical apparels (drills, speed ticket scanners, grocery store scanner guns, etc.), hi-tech weapons are often confused with them.

This list contains many improvised weapons, to account for the highly creative efforts conducted by the wastelanders to defend themselves. It almost constitute a form of cultural heritage of sort.
